Here are some frequently asked questions

which may be helpful…..

 

  • What is the website address for ordering photographs

    To order please visit www.imagepartner.co.uk with your username and password handy. These are shown on your proof leaflet, below your child’s picture.

  • I have lost the proof leaflet with my child’s picture on and the codes for ordering.

    You will need to call Tynephoto with details of their school, class and a description of the child. Hopefully we can identify them and supply you with the codes. Please call 07990 888712 or email tynephoto@hotmail.co.uk

  • Do you offer photo packs other than those shown on the leaflet?

    The lab use a fully automated system and it is not possible to offer different combinations of photos. If you have a special request call Tynephoto and they may be able to help, however there will be an extra charge for this service.

  • How long will my photographs take to arrive?

    Although you may place your order straight away, orders for your school will not go into production until the deadline date given on the proof leaflet. It will then take around 7-10 days for the finished photos to arrive in school. If you have chosen and paid for your order to go to your home address, they may be a little faster.

  • What can I do if I have missed the deadline date for free delivery to school?

    After midnight on the deadline date you will need to request and pay for postage to your home/delivery address. This is so that your school is not constantly bothered with school photograph orders. Photographs are available to order online for 6 months after the deadline date.

  • Can I pick the photographs up myself?

    Unfortunately the photographs are dispatched directly from the specialist printing lab and cannot be collected locally from us.

  • My photographs have arrived damaged/missing.

    Please get in touch straight away and we will sort your problem in record time!!

  • I have not received an email containing the digital image purchased.

    Before getting in touch, please check the email address you gave us is correct and also your ‘junk’ folders.

  • Do you have a studio where we could book a private photo session?
